  • I conducted operational supervision over subordinate points, ensuring the highest possible sales and standard of service,

  • I recruited teams for each point and trained the crew on an ongoing basis,

  • I am the author of the best sales results in the region,

  • I was the first to start selling products from the premium offer in the network,

  • I created the first procedure in the sales structure,

  • improved the product placement system at local locations,
