I managed the company's commercial strategy and ensured the highest possible sale of products. I supervised and developed the Sales Department. I built exports and monitored the market

February 2015 - September 2016

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER AT BROWAR STU MOSTÓW SP. Z OO

I was building the first sales structures. I developed the initial procedures of the sales operation in the company. I implemented the ERP system and built the foundations for the enlarged Sales Department.

October 2013 - October 2014

STORE MANAGER AT MERLIN.PL SA

I opened, supervised and ran the first Service and Sales Points for the largest (at that time) online store in the country. I provided the best customer service and implemented sales plans.

June 2010 - October 2013

STORE MANAGER AT TOYS4BOYS.PL SP. Z OO

I was managing a young sales team. I ensured the best sales results and took care of the proper management of the point based on the company's standards and procedures.

FOOD TECHNOLOGY AND HUMAN NUTRITION - UNIVERSITY OF LIFE IN WROCŁAW

As an engineer - technologist, I gained knowledge of the entire food production, but the fermentation technology and carbohydrate technology were the closest to my interests.

2010 - 2014

SKN OF CARBOHYDRATE AND BREWING TECHNOLOGY

As a member of a research club dealing mainly with brewing, I first encountered the theory and practice of beer production.

Through education and work experience, I was able to build a set of solid and varied skills that have proven to be an important asset in many different situations.
