As an engineer - technologist, I gained knowledge of the entire food production, but the fermentation technology and carbohydrate technology were the closest to my interests.
2010 - 2014
SKN OF CARBOHYDRATE AND BREWING TECHNOLOGY
As a member of a research club dealing mainly with brewing, I first encountered the theory and practice of beer production.
